I’ve been planning to hold an open studio event for many years, but I never feel like my space is ready for a public event, so I’ve kept putting it off. Yesterday, I was cleaning the studio and realizing how much random artwork, tools and supplies I really need to cull, and I haven’t been doing holiday fairs for years, so I’m going to just go for it. Also, my birthday is coming up and I decided this is how I want to celebrate. On Saturday, Dec. 3rd, I’ll have my studio ready for guests from 11am to 3pm.
If you are a mosaic artist, I have scrap glass to give away (mostly transparent, for GOG), and adhesives for sale. If you are a mosaic art lover, I have quite a few items available. If weather cooperates, I’ll show you around the garden and introduce you to the animals.
